We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Coinflick offers optional in-app purchases:
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase confirmation.
Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings:
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
The free version of Coinflick displays advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Subscribing to Coinflick Pro removes all advertisements.
All content, graphics, code, and design in the App are owned by Coinflick and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coinflick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
